CutAI may process video topics, scripts, uploaded media, generated videos, task status, subscription entitlement information, device diagnostics, and support messages you choose to send.

How We Use Information

We use information to generate videos, provide media storage and preview, manage subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

API Keys and Provider Credentials

Third-party AI, voice, and stock-media API keys are stored on backend infrastructure and are not stored in the CutAI app client.

Data Retention

Generated tasks and uploaded materials are retained only as needed to provide the service, debug issues, comply with legal obligations, and support user-requested deletion.
